BIM Department Manager Salary from - 65,000 70,000 annum Location Central London The Senior Digital Design Lead / BIM Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of CAD and BIM standards across the this Building Services consultancy business. This individual will lead the creation, governance, and continuous improvement of multi-platform design standards, ensuring quality and consistency across a wide range of engineering disciplines and software environments. In addition to strategic leadership, the role will involve hands-on coordination of BIM/CAD modelling between the Building Services design team and will oversee a team of 3D BIM modellers, ensuring efficient, accurate workflows using Autodesk Revit, and other relevant platforms. The position supports Building Services design, ensuring BIM outputs meet client, project, and industry standards. About the Job Lead and manage a team of BIM Information Managers, focused on Building Services Desig Oversee BIM delivery across major projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans and digital strategies Manage commercial aspects of BIM involvement including resourcing and budgeting Act as the key contact for BIM delivery in London Contribute to national BIM strategy and business planning Collaborating as part of a team to produce accurate 3D co-ordinated MEP services models Working with the Project Managers and discipline engineers to define deliverables schedules, implementing these within the model for commercial scale projects Supporting the Building Services project team with technical delivery using Revit and other BIM related software Drawing production of modelled elements. Preparing final presentation drawing sheets with dimensions, tagging and crucial information ready to be issued.
