The RoleAs a PAM EPM SME, you will be responsible for governing and advice on technical direction for CyberArk and access management endpoint privilege management for an investment bank.Key responsibilities: Govern and advise on technical direction for Authentication, CyberArk and Access Management, especially through technical workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions.Daily management and maintenance of the Authentication, CyberArk and Access Management platform, ensuring service availability; health and performance monitoring, and alerting and the maintenance of operational and technical documentation.Proactively initiate investigations for improvements for standard operating processes and procedures.Utilising the current owned or licensed tools available to evidence and escalate issues to the management team.Extensive Hands-on experience in CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager.Your ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience: Extensive work experience in PAM solutions with strong focus on CyberArk EPM.Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (e.g., Certificate Services or Federated Services).Experience with Entra ID including management via Powershell modules and Graph API or Conditional Access Policies.Skilled in DNS configuration and advanced troubleshooting.Knowledge of Quest Change Auditor and Quest Forest Recovery Manager.Hands-on experience with Azure AD Connect Connectors, sync rules and metaverse queries.Experience with SSO implementation via SAML and OAUTH.Knowledgeable of PowerShell Automation and centralised management and script creation.Sound understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication configuration via MS Authenticator.Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: Previous experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management.Experience with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager.Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.Experience with agile development methodologies.Rewards & Benefits TCS is consistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
