This includes managing the delivery of Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking infrastructure across multiple regions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end infrastructure separation and stand-up for the carved-out entityManage delivery of M365 tenant migration, Azure landing zones, and network segmentationCoordinate with client-side IT, security, and business stakeholdersOversee third-party vendors and internal technical teamsEnsure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory standardsTrack and report on project milestones, risks, and dependenciesSupport transition to BAU and handover to operational teamsRequired ExperienceProven track record in infrastructure project management within carve-out, M&A, or divestiture contextsStrong understanding of:Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)Azure IaaS/PaaS, identity and access managementNetworking (WAN/LAN, VPN, firewalls, SD-WAN)Experience working in consulting or client-facing rolesFamiliarity with ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
