Work is almost entirely domestic onshore with only a small element of offshore where existing clients happen to hold overseas assets.The workYou will focus on high quality private client work for landed estates and ultra high net worth families, including:Tax, trusts and succession planningWills, letters of wishes and related structuringAdvising on APR and BPR and wider inheritance tax planningEstate and trust administration in support of the private client teamClose collaboration with the property team on rural and estate related mattersEvery client has at least one active Partner relationship and often two.
