Youll play a central role in delivering cutting-edge trading solutions, supporting client implementations, and enhancing the platforms functionality across various energy marketsincluding oil, gas, power, certificates, and metals.This is a hands-on role working closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure the platform meets evolving market needs.ResponsibilitiesPartner with clients to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsDefine and manage enhancements to the energy trading framework, including new instruments and workflowsTranslate complex business needs into clear specifications for the product and development teamsSupport implementation projects and platform configuration for energy clientsParticipate in testing and validation of new features and system updatesDeliver product training and subject matter expertise to internal teams and external usersRequirements5+ years of experience in the energy trading or commodities domain, ideally within trading systems or vendor platformsSolid understanding of commodity derivatives (OTC and exchange-traded), pricing and risk methodologies, market data, and trade lifecycle processesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutionsComfortable working in a client-facing role with strong interpersonal and presentation skillsDegree (Masters preferred) in a technical or quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science
