About the Role Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Fiduciary Ledger Manager to take ownership of the interface between fiduciary accounts and business operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving financial integrity, operational excellence, and process improvement across our fiduciary function. As Fiduciary Ledger Manager, you will lead a teamboth onshore and offshoreto deliver efficient, controlled, and value-driven fiduciary accounting processes. Youll also partner with internal stakeholders and our outsourced service provider to strengthen performance, enhance controls, and support strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Oversee the management and reconciliation of fiduciary accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Lead and motivate the offshore team, setting clear objectives and fostering collaboration to deliver against targets. Apply fiduciary expertise to identify and deliver operational and financial improvements. Propose and drive initiatives that enhance end-to-end service delivery. Support the design and implementation of streamlined processes to boost efficiency and strengthen controls. Collaborate closely with the outsourced service provider to continuously improve service quality. Partner with senior management to support strategic business and financial goals. Develop and maintain a robust and cost-effective fiduciary accounting strategy. Identify and resolve complex accounting challenges with practical, compliant solutions. Produce regular management reports on performance metrics, projects, and key issues. Prepare and deliver project summaries, insights, and presentations as required. Recommend process and policy changes to reduce risk and improve service delivery. Ensure all policies, procedures, and controls are properly maintained and compliant with governance standards. Support a proportionate risk and oversight framework for fiduciary accounts. Lead or participate in current and legacy initiatives as directed by management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including auditors, underwriters, and internal teams. Uphold compliance with the companys risk management framework, policies, and mandatory training requirements. About You Your skills and experience include: A strong understanding of fiduciary and insurance broking accounts. Proven experience in managing financial operations and offshore service delivery. Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and manage key risks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels. Demonstrated leadership capability and a collaborative approach. A proactive, enthusiastic team player who builds trust and drives results. Solid understanding of the UK regulatory environment.
