Job DescriptionCobalt is working with a respected property consultancy seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their Residential Development Consultancy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven valuation surveyor looking to broaden their experience within a busy, collaborative environment while gaining wider exposure to residential development consultancy.The organisationYou will join a multidisciplinary consultancy known for providing clear, commercially focused advice across residential valuation and development. The team of eight is well-regarded in the market and offers a supportive environment where your progression will be encouraged, and your contribution recognised.The role Spending around 6070% of your time delivering high-quality residential-led valuation reports for a Central London Borough, covering acquisitions, disposals, lease extensions, and portfolio valuations. Producing clear, accurate valuation reports, demonstrating strong attention to detail and commercial awareness. Supporting wider residential development consultancy instructions, advising on appraisals, disposals, acquisitions, and site assessments. Collaborating with colleagues across the consultancy to ensure seamless advice to clients. Office-based in London three days per week, with flexibility for home working on other days.Skills and experience required RICS Registered Valuer with around 23 years PQE, ideally with some residential development knowledge alongside core valuation experience. Proven report writing skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines while maintaining a high standard. Excellent communication and organisational skills, demonstrating a strong work ethic and collaborative approach.
