Job DescriptionCompensation Manager | Investment Manager | London (Permanent)Were working with a prestigious Investment Manager to hire a Compensation Manager for their London-based team. This is a high-impact, strategic role within a small, agile Reward function, offering broad exposure across the UK and European business.What youll do:Partner with the Head of Reward to shape and deliver competitive compensation strategiesLead on carry plan design, executive compensation, and deferred reward structuresSupport and contribute to Remuneration Committee (RemCo) strategy and documentationProvide insights through data analysis using Workday and HRIS tools, including D&I-related pay trendsOwn key regulatory reporting (MRT, IFR) across the European regionDrive alignment between business goals and compensation offerings, keeping the firm market-leading in its reward positioningWhat were looking for:Proven experience in financial services reward, particularly with carried interest, executive pay, and RemCo exposureStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insightsConfident communicator and stakeholder manager, with a strategic mindsetProficiency with Workday or similar HRIS platformsThis is a rare permanent opportunity in the compensation space, ideal for someone looking to step into a broader, more strategic role with real influence and senior visibility.
