Job DescriptionLegal Document Production Specialist 6-month contract8:30am 4:30pm or 9am 5pm (flexible)2.5 days per week in the London officeUp to 48,000Large global law firm are looking for an experienced Document Specialist to join their busy corporate department to work on short-turnaround documents and editing tasks (1 hour or less), troubleshoot issues, and deliver a top-tier document production service to the lawyers.The team are looking for an experienced Legal Document Specialist to join a busy document production team who is detail-driven to manage documents and briefs.This position is going to be an initial 6-month contract with a view to be made permanent thereafter.The role will be working for the firms City of London office for 2.5 days per week, then from home the other 2.5 days.The working hours can be either 8:30am4:30pm or 9:005:00 (flexible)Key responsibilities:Triage and complete short-form document production tasksResolve technical formatting issuesLiaise with wider teams on larger jobsKeep quality and service at the forefrontExperience:Experience in legal/professional services document production workStrong MS Word/template knowledgeClear communicator, calm under pressureAvailable 2.5 days per week to work in the City of London office.To apply for this new Legal Document Production role you will need to have had extensive experience working within a legal document production team within a law firm and have an excellent working knowledge of MS Word.
