Job DescriptionCorporate Services Administrator / Front Desk Receptionist (Maternity Cover 1-year fixed term)Urgent requirement (Must be available within 2 weeks)Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Corporate Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:Acting as the first point of contact for guests (Clients, Board etc), staff and general enquiries.Ensuring the office, meeting rooms, washrooms, and tea points are kept clean and presentable.Acting as the office Fire Warden and undertake any necessary training.Managing the meeting room booking system and pass entry system.Coordinating travel arrangements by researching, evaluating, and booking travel, hotels, and transport for client events and staff, in collaboration with the travel provider.Keeping a record of costs relating to office expenditure.Overseeing the ordering and maintenance of stationery, office, and catering supplies, regularly checking stock levels, and replenishing as needed to ensure supplies are always available.Ensuring departmental invoices are correct prior to sign-off.Attending events when and if required.Providing general administrative support.Role requirementsTo succeed in the role, you will have:GCSEs or an equivalent qualification.Proven experience as an Office Administrator, including managing reception and handling general office tasks.Proficiency in MS Office.Desired SkillsExcellent communication skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional organisational skills.Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.Creative mindset with a focus on suggesting improvements.Excellent time management, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
