German speaking Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller

Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated German speaking Accounts Receivable Assistant to support our finance team with invoicing, customer payments, account reconciliations, and general AR-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments Assist in account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies Apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts (e.g., bank transfers, direct debits) Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions Respond to customer queries regarding invoices or account balances Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes Assist with AR reporting and ad hoc finance tasks as required ??
