This is a highimpact role for someone who enjoys being a trusted adviser, shaping research capability, and helping lawyers navigate an increasingly digital and AIenabled research landscape. What youll be doingDeliver highquality legal research across case law, legislation, regulation and authoritative commentaryProvide business, sector and market research, including company profiling, competitive analysis and client intelligenceTurn complex information into clear, decisionready insights for lawyers and business services teamsDevelop and maintain current awareness products, alerts and monitoring for legal and sector developmentsContribute research and insight to pitches, credentials and business development activityDesign and deliver engaging research training from inductions to practiceembedded sessionsCreate digitalfirst learning resources such as research guides, toolkits and short videosSupport the evaluation and responsible use of AIenabled research tools, including guidance and trainingHelp manage research systems, subscriptions and digital knowledge platformsAct as a visible, approachable point of contact across the firm, contributing to service innovation and improvementWhat youll bringProven experience delivering legal and business research in a law firm or professional services environmentStrong knowledge of legal information sources, research methodologies and current awareness toolsThe ability to analyse, synthesise and present complex information clearly and practicallyExperience designing and delivering userfocused training, ideally with a digital learning mindsetHigh levels of digital literacy and confidence working with research platforms and intranetsExcellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skillsAn interest in innovation, AI and the future of legal research(Desirable) Experience with AIassisted research tools, library systems or serials managementWhy this role?A chance to work at the heart of a global research function supporting lawyers across multiple jurisdictionsReal influence over how research, knowledge and AI tools are used in practiceA collaborative, forwardthinking environment that values expert judgement and continuous improvementHybrid working and a role with genuine strategic visibility and impact
