We’re now recruiting a Director of People & Insights – a brand-new, strategically significant executive role with the power to shape culture, drive strategy, and influence the future of the organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Board, you’ll act as a key strategic advisor and a driving force for innovation and improvement. You’ll lead a broad and high-impact portfolio covering people and culture, public affairs, business planning, communications and marketing, customer insights, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), and organisational performance and impact.
