This role is all about delivering operational excellence—from compliance leadership and HR systems to audits and global mobility. You’ll own and drive key People Operations processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth, scalable and compliant HR support globally. You’ll also lead special projects to continuously improve our tools, policies, and ways of working.The TeamYou’ll join our global People Operations team—a collaborative group of HR pros who care deeply about delivering seamless and human-centered support across the employee lifecycle. This role supports a distributed team, with team members based across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions, all working together to support our growing international workforce.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is:Experienced in managing and improving HR systems (especially Workday)Skilled in ensuring global and local compliance across HR processesComfortable owning audits and reporting with confidence and accuracyA strong communicator who can explain complex issues simply and clearlyExperienced in immigration and global mobility processesHighly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skillsCollaborative, but also confident working independentlyTrusted to handle sensitive and confidential information with careTech-savvy, with strong working knowledge of Google Drive, Microsoft Office, or similar toolsAligned with UserTesting’s core values and committed to providing great internal experiencesUserTesting is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
