Job Description Citadel Source is partnering with a successful, well-known company based in the Bristol area to recruit an experienced Payroll Clerk to join their payroll team.The roleIn this role, youll play a crucial part in managing and administering rewards programs, supporting payroll operations, and helping shape the future of in-house payroll management.About youTo succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a similar position and a strong understanding of payroll. You will be detail-oriented, organised and have strong communication skills.As a Payroll Assistant, your role will include, but not be limited to:Monthly payroll administration support to include new starters, leavers and benefit changesUpdate and maintain the benefits portalAssist with year end transactions, including P60's etcMonitoring the payroll inbox and acting on queries and escalationAny other payroll duties as requiredAssist the Payroll Manager in aligning outsourced payrolls and integrating them in-houseWhat the client has to offerA salary level up to 33,000 per annumHybrid workingParking on-site25 days annual leave + bank holidaysIf you are interested in discussing this role, please reach out to Bethany Wetherill at Citadel Source.
