If youre reliable and passionate about your craft, we would love to receive your application and discuss how you could fit into this exciting opportunity.The full-time shifts will typically rotate between breakfast, midday prep and evening duties; weekend and Bank Holiday work should be expected as part of a full-time rotaWhat benefits are in store for you as a Chef De Partie?Opportunity for training and career development, as our client promotes staff progressionStaff discounts on food, drink, and hotel staysFriendly, creative, and engaged environmentExcellent remuneration packagesA successful Chef De Partie candidate will have these responsibilities:Execute dishes to a high standard from breakfast, dinner, and weekend menusSupport menu planning using seasonal, local sourced produceLead, train, and develop junior team membersMaintain kitchen organisation, hygiene, and stock controlAssist the Head Chef or Sous Chef with daily service coordinationEnsure consistency and presentation across all dishes served during dinner, evening covers, and breakfast serviceAssist with receiving and storing deliveriesPrepare, cook, and present dishes in line with recipe specs and standardsStep in to cover other sections during service as neededBe a consistent example of timekeeping, cleanliness, and teamwork in the kitchenAn ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:Experience leading a kitchen section (CDP level) or serving as assistant sous chefTechnical & Culinary SkillsProven ability to deliver high-quality, dishes using seasonal/local ingredientsStrong kitchen leadership and mentoring skillsExcellent time-management and organisational ability under pressureKnowledge of food safety practices (HACCP, allergen awareness)A creative and collaborative mindsetMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentGenuine passion for food, hospitality, and delivering quality every serviceTeam-focused with excellent communication skillsFlexibility with working hours - including evenings, weekends, and breakfastsThis employer is within the commutable distance from: Cheltenham, Swindon, Stroud, Cirencester, Tetbury, and GloucesterJBRP1_UKTJ
