Job Description Operations ManagerThe OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of eight established inns and boutique hotels in the stunning Cotswolds.The operations are well known in their local markets, with strong teams and loyal guest bases. The focus of the role is to build on these foundations, evolving the guest experience while maintaining strong commercial performance across rooms, food & drink and events.The RoleReporting to the Head of Operations, the Operations Manager will support and develop a team of General Managers while driving performance across people, guest experience and commercial results.Key responsibilities will include:Lead, coach and develop a team of General ManagersDrive commercial performance across rooms, food and drinkMaintain consistently high guest experience and hospitality standardsSupport the development of each venues propositionOversee a strong events business including weddings and group staysWork closely with central teams to ensure strong operational and financial performanceThis role requires a visible, hands-on leader who builds strong relationships with teams and enables General Managers to excel.The CandidateWe are looking for an experienced multi-site hospitality leader with a background in premium pubs, inns or boutique hotels.You will bring:Proven multi-site operational experienceStrong background in premium, food-led hospitalityExperience with accommodation-led businessesExposure to events-led operations, including weddings and group staysStrong commercial awareness and operational disciplineA track record of leading and developing senior teamsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality leader who combines commercial strength with a genuine passion for guest experience.Package:Salary up to 90,000Car AllowanceBonusSound great?
