Refuse and Recycling Loader

We are currently seeking a Recycling Loader to join a dedicated team supporting waste and recycling collections across Cinderford. Hours of work will normally be 07.00 - Finish (Finish time may vary depending on traffic conditions and when the job is completed). Key Responsibilities Assisting with the collection of household recycling and waste Travelling with the crew in a refuse lorry to various locations Working outdoors in all weather conditions Performing physically demanding tasks, including extensive walking throughout the shift Ensuring timely and efficient completion of daily routes What Were Looking For Physically fit and comfortable with long periods of walking Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Able to work well as part of a team Willing to work in all weather conditions Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential Additional Info Standard shifts are Monday to Friday Occasional Saturday work may be required following bank holidays or for overtime Finish times vary depending on route completion and traffic conditions Ready to get moving?
