Established in 2014, we have grown to become a trusted desktop automation solution provider backed by strong research and development team who help drive our innovation.*An Assembly Technician* is required to join a successful automation company based in *Wembley, London. *5AXISWORKS is a one of the world's leading desktop automation solutions providers.As part of continued growth and development plans, we are now recruiting new talent to increase our product manufacturing capabilities in our NW10 London facility.*What you will be doing*The job will require successful candidate to split their time between hardware assembly, calibration, cleaning and packing. You will support existing team members with various production activities and mechanical assembly and, once fully trained, will work with minimal supervision building products.For this position we are looking for an Assembly Technician with a background in manufacturing, people who appreciate craftsmanship are welcome. No qualifications or experience required as we provide training but we want you to be committed and motivated.*What you will bring** Must have a positive and helpful attitude;* Must have good hand skills and able to produce items to a high quality by following detailed work instructions;* Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision;* High attention to detail to allow you to maintain or exceed high levels of production standard and efficiency;*Knowledge, Skills and Experience** Previous experience in manufacturing* Inspection fundamentals*Personal Attributes** Good communication skills* Able to adopt a professional and mature attitude to work and other people* Energetic, enthusiastic and highly self-motivated* Proactive - takes to use initiative where possible* Team player – supports other team members, department strategies and processes as a whole* Determined – results focused, driven to do the very best possible* You must be legally able to work in the UK* We welcome an opportunity for people to learn on the job however we’d appreciate some basic experience prior to applying for this position.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per yearBenefits:* On-site parkingWork Location: In personApplication deadline: 01/09/2025Expected start date: 09/09/2025
