This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and supporting a busy team in a varied, hands-on role.This position would suit someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. You will play a key role in keeping operational, procurement, and supplier processes on track, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the board.As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities for the role to develop, making it ideal for someone who is keen to grow and take on additional responsibility over time.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing and managing purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely handlingLiaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries, obtain missing information, and confirm order detailsMaintaining accurate records across internal systems, including order status updates, invoice approvals, and delivery confirmationsSupporting the wider operations team with day-to-day administrative tasksReconciling supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery information, investigating and resolving discrepanciesProducing reports and updates on order progress, outstanding items, and operational activityMonitoring workflows and highlighting any potential delays or issuesSupporting with additional operational tasks when required, including stock coordination and data managementAssisting with process improvements to support the ongoing growth of the businessSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience within an operations, procurement, or supply chain administration roleStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data management and formulas such as lookups and pivot tablesExperience using ERP, stock, or inventory management systemsExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailA proactive and solutions-focused approachStrong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationshipsComfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environmentFlexible and willing to support the wider team where neededExperience within manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar fast-moving environmentExperience working in a growing or scaling businessFamiliarity with batch-tracked or high-volume productsExperience with e-commerce platforms would be beneficial
