We're looking for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our Christchurch Team! The Curtiss-Wright team in Christchurch operate as a Shared Service, supporting around 598 employees, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, organised and professional to join the team. The role will require working with Workday HR & payroll software. Assisting with the processing of benefits through the payroll including Auto enrolment pension Supporting the HR function to administrate and update benefit provision for employees Assisting with report requests from the business Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. Maintaining Payroll records Assisting with Payroll Audits. Internally and externally. Helping with the Payroll helpdesk queries/tickets. What You Bring: Willingness to learn and be trained in payroll & benefits Well organised & methodical Ability to work to strict deadlines Ability to prioritise own workload Strong communicator Ability to deliver a high-quality service & commitment to continuous improvement Team player Option to study CIPP qualification Confidentiality is a must Payroll experience is an asset but not required Must have minimum of Math & English GSCE. Degree in Accounting/Payroll would be desirable.
