As part of our commitment to growth and excellence, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Manager. In this role you will lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team of four Telesales Executives and two Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. You will focus on driving sales performance, ensuring the team is well-trained, consistently coached, and equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. If you have the skills and experience, apply today!Reporting to the Sales Director, key responsibilities of the role are as follows: Activities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of four Telesales Executives and two SDRs to consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Ensure proper execution of sales processes, including lead qualification, follow-up, and closing techniques. Foster a positive, results-oriented sales culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and ensure alignment with sales goals. Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of team members. Identify areas for development and create tailored training plans to address individual needs. Regularly review performance metrics with team members, offering constructive feedback and actionable insights to help them improve. Mentor team members on objection handling, sales techniques, and customer relationship building to drive success. Collaborate with the Sales Director and other departments to implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives. Help the team effectively engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Track and analyse team performance against individual and group sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed to maximise outcomes. Provide regular reports to the Sales Director, highlighting key performance metrics, opportunities for improvement, and team achievements. Hold the team accountable for achieving individual and team sales quotas, including meeting specific targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue goals. Work closely with the telesales and SDR teams to maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities. Work closely with other Sales, Marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless lead-to-customer journey.The person specification, skills, knowledge and competencies required for the role are as follows: Essential Ability to work from the Chorley office 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), with the flexibility to work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 3+ years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in a B2B environment (cloud communications, telecoms, SaaS, or technology related industries). Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team, driving performance, and exceeding sales targets. Experience managing a combination of telesales executives and SDRs is highly preferred. Experience in training, coaching, and developing sales professionals, with a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with team members. Desirable Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing techniques. Zoom Sales experience. Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar CRM system. Understanding of connectivity/networks.
