This is a fantastic role for someone with strong knowledge of construction contracts who enjoys working closely with commercial and operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on construction contracts including JCT, NEC and bespoke agreementsSupport live project teams across procurement, delivery, risk and disputesDraft, negotiate and review a range of construction and commercial contractsWork closely with internal stakeholders and external legal advisorsManage risk and ensure compliance across all project activityAbout YouQualified Solicitor with proven construction law experienceIn-house background preferred but will review applicants from a Private Practice backgroundStrong knowledge of JCT / NEC contractsConfident advising commercial teams and project managersAble to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environmentIf youre a construction lawyer looking to take the next step in-house, wed love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
