Estimator

CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for an Estimator on behalf of our client based in Coppull, PR7 AREA. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimating purposes. Evaluate labour, material, and overhead costs to provide comprehensive estimates that align with project requirements. Monitor ongoing projects to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and identify areas for cost control. Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining estimated costs for review by management and clients. Maintain an up-to-date database of costs for materials, labour, and equipment to enhance the accuracy of future estimates. Participate in meetings with clients and contractors to discuss estimates and negotiate terms as needed.
