About us: We are looking for an experienced, reliable, self motivated person to join our team of Arborists as a Lead Climber. We are a growing company and we are looking for someone who will grow with our business. There would be opportunities to train and progress within the company for the right candidate.Main responsibilities include performing all aspects of aerial tree work. Alongside this the candidate would be required to also conduct hedge maintenance, stump grinding, processing the tree debris using a chainsaw and operating heavy machinery.The starting salary is subject to experience but would be between 150-250 per day. Overtime is paid hourly, tips shared equally and additional pay for any call outs.We are based in Chobham and our work sites are within a 30 minute radius to our lock up location.
