Chef Manager - Small site

Job Role: Chef Manager Location: South West London Sector: Contract Catering Salary: 38,000 Benefits - 38,000 for 40 Hour Contract Great work / Life balance Nice Client to work with Leading Contract Caterer This Chef Manager will cater for only 50-60 covers for lunch, this will be working in a small kitchen and using induction hob for food prep as no ovens available in this site. You will need to be creative and resourceful with our food offer to be able to produce food with the equipment available. The Chef Manager role is based in South West London so you will need to live local or be able to easily get to SW London for an early start. The Chef Manager will be supported by a GA who will help with the food prep and also clearing and cleaning. This role is purely Monday to Friday with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm with no evenings or weekends required, You will work closely with the client on site and form a close working relationship with them so you will need an outgoing and cheerful personality to drive the business forward.
