Job Vacancy: Machine Setter Yate, Bristol Company: Leading Adhesive Tapes Distributor Location: Yate, Bristol Pay Rate: 12.50 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time, 8am - 16:30pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent Are you a skilled Machine Setter looking to join a well-established and growing company? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading adhesive tapes distributor in Yate who is seeking a Machine Setter to operate and maintain production machinery. Key Responsibilities: Set up and adjust slitting, rewinding, and/or cutting machines to meet production specifications Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues Carry out basic maintenance and safety checks Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production run Complete production documentation accurately Maintain a clean and safe working environment ? The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a machine setter/operator in a manufacturing or production environment Has previous experience with rewind slit machines, but not essential for this specific machine Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes What's on Offer: Competitive pay at 12.50 per hour , paid weekly Monday to Friday daytime hours no weekend work Ongoing support with training and development Opportunity for a permanent contract after a successful temporary period Friendly, team-based environment in a growing business Interested?
