Vehicle Technician

Location: Chipping Norton Salary: 40,000 + (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:30pm Holidays: 20 days plus 8 bank holidays Were working with a well-established, independent, family-run garage in Chipping Norton that is looking for a skilled and reliable Vehicle Technician to join their friendly, down-to-earth team. This is a secure, full-time, permanent role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact. What You'll Be Doing: This is a hands-on, varied role where youll be: Carrying out mechanical repairs, servicing, and maintenance across all makes and models Diagnosing faults using diagnostic tools and your own experience Completing MOTs (if qualified not essential Working closely with the team to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment Supporting and occasionally mentoring apprentices when needed What We're Looking For: Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (or equivalent) Demonstrable experience on a variety of makes and models Full UK driving licence MOT licence is desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic Please note: This is an on-site, hands-on role.
