We are looking for a Childrens Support Worker to join our dedicated team and become part of our family home. Youll provide care, encouragement, and guidance, helping children manage complex emotions and build confidence for their futures. The role can be emotionally challenging, but also deeply rewarding, you could be the person who helps change a childs life for the better. Our home is a warm, family-style residential home currently rated Outstanding by Ofsted. We support young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Our young people enjoy activities such as football, basketball, parks, arcades, cadets, and swimming and we encourage our team to get involved too! Shift Pattern 7 on / 7 off (Wednesday to Wednesday) Hours: First day: 10:00 22:00 Following days: 07:30 22:00 Final day: 07:30 12:00 Day off: One time-out day during your working week (so youll effectively work 6 days in 14) Sleep-ins: Around 45 per month (own sleep-in rooms available all week if required) On-call: Approx. twice per week during your working week WorkLife Balance Our 7-on / 7-off rota gives you genuine balance, time to fully focus on the young people during your working week, followed by a full week off to rest, spend time with family, or enjoy your own interests. Many of our team love the rhythm this pattern brings, it allows them to recharge properly and return refreshed and ready to give their best.
