Job Description Health, Safety & Environment AdvisorOperations HS&ELocation: Chipping Campden Are you passionate about creating safe, compliant, and sustainable workplaces?Looking for a role where you can influence behaviour, drive improvement, and make a real impact?Were looking for a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to join our HS&E team at our Chipping Campden site.The role:Youll support the HS&E Manager in maintaining and improving our health, safety, and environmental management systems, working closely with teams across the business to embed best practice.What youll do Advise and support compliance with HS&E legislation and internal policies Carry out risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations Analyse HS&E data and prepare reports for senior management Support HS&E representatives and deliver training across the business Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvementAbout you NEBOSH Certificate (Level 3 or equivalent) 23 years experience in an HS&E role Strong knowledge of HS&E legislation Confident communicator with good analytical and organisational skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelWhat we offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Early finish Fridays Pension matched up to 10% Buy and sell holiday scheme Employee reward platform Subsidised on-site restaurant Supportive, collaborative working environmentRight to work in the UK required.
