Head of Maintenance - Care Home

As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll make sure the care home has a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. You'll be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks within the care home building, as well as in the gardens and grounds, and will also need to liaise with contractors on jobs that fall outside the expertise of your team. You should be reliable and flexible when it comes to your working hours. This role also calls for a full UK driving licence, IT literacy and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
