Warehouse Operative Responsive Personnel are pleased to be working with a local company who are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their team due to business growth. Due to location, own transport (including car, moped, motorbike or push bike) will be required as there are no public transport links As a Warehouse Operative, you will be working alongside the rest of the warehouse team, reporting into the Warehouse Manager. Thisisaveryactiverolewithheavylifting involved using manual handling aids. Your responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative will include (but not limited to): Conductregularstockcheckstomaintaininventoryaccuracy. Carefullyload,unload,andmoveheavygoods,includingsofas,ensuringsafetyandefficiency. Movepalletsasrequiredthroughoutthedistributioncentre. Receiveandsortcustomerreturns. Pickgoodsaccordingtoorderspecifications,preparingthemforshipment. Labelgoodsaccuratelyasrequired. Scanmaterialsintoandoutoflocationsinlinewithcompanyprocedurestomaintaininventoryaccuracy. Warehouse Operative ExperienceandQualifications: Abletohandleandmoveheavygoodssafely. ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeandothercomputerapplications. Goodunderstandingandexperienceworkingwithwarehousemanagementsystems. Highlevelofaccuracy. Abilitytoworkeffectivelyaspartofateam. Proactivewithaflexibleapproachtowork.
