Are you ready to become a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a reputable organisation? I am working with a well-respected contractor who are partnering with councils and housing associations across the country! They're after a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team as they look to expand and grow! Location: Chippenham Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary: 60,000-80,000 Benefits of the Senior Quantity Surveyor role: 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and your birthday off (34 in total) Bonus scheme Public sector pension scheme Long service awards 3000 colleague referral fee Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor role: Ensure the company secures its full entitlement within the parameters of the Contract and further commercial negotiations. Ensure the commercial team achieve or exceed budgeted targets. Responsible for the application schedule of rates, acting as a subject matter expert for contractual arrangements. Maximise cash flow through monthly invoicing, the implementation of appropriate procedures to resolve client queries and ensuring cash is received when due. What the ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor would look like: QS degree or equivalent training or a minimum of 5 years relevant contract experience Line Management experience Negotiating, communication and presentation skills Experience of Management Accounts Ready for a change in your career?
