Backed by innovation and driven by purpose, we're on an exciting journey of commercial acceleration and growth worldwide.What youll be doingPlan, design and execute detailed test scenarios, scripts and plansLead manual and automated testing across applications, integrations and enhancementsIdentify, log and track defects through to resolutionFacilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Manage D365 sandbox environments and coordinate upgrades & refreshesEnsure compliance with GxP quality standards and audit requirementsSupport release readiness, highlight risks and protect system stabilityCreate documentation, system guides and deliver user trainingCollaborate across IT, external QA partners and business stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement across testing, tooling and automationYoull work at the heart of the Business Technology and Systems IT delivery ensuring change is controlled, compliant and business ready.What were looking forDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similarISTQB Foundation (desirable)Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (or similar ERP)Experience testing across Supply Chain and Finance (finance exposure advantageous)Strong understanding of test cycles and defect managementAbility to connect systems to end-to-end business processesKnowledge of ITIL-aligned change & release processesConfident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skillsAnalytical, detail-focused and naturally curious
