Job Description Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) PartnershipsLocation: Chippenham - 4 days in office 1 day from homeSalary - 27k base and OTE of 60k+Blend is a global leadership community bringing together C-suite and senior executives from the worlds largest organizations. We create high-trust environments where leaders connect, share openly, and grow through diverse perspectives.As we scale our Partnerships team, were looking for 4 x ambitious individuals who want to build a career in event sales and commercial partnerships.The OpportunityThis is not just an SDR role - its a launchpad.Youll start by owning outbound activity, building pipeline, and setting up high-value meetings with senior decision-makers using digital channels and the phone. But this role is designed to evolve.
