Job Description Service Care Solutions are working in partnership with a specialist SEND school to recruit a passionate and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist. This is a permanent, term-time role offering a salary of 45,123 61,500 (including paid school holidays) plus an excellent benefits package.Based within a purpose-built school for pupils aged 519 with autism, youll join a highly experienced multidisciplinary clinical team supporting children and young people with complex needs including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions and special educational needs.Through Service Care Solutions, youll become part of a genuinely integrated therapeutic model where clinical expertise shapes education, care and daily living environments to create meaningful, measurable outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDeliver specialist occupational therapy assessments focusing on sensory, motor, perceptual and functional life skillsDevelop and implement evidence-based interventions across individual, group and whole-school levelsContribute to MDT therapeutic plans aligned with EHCP outcomesProvide consultation, workshops and training to education and residential teamsPrepare high-quality reports and maintain accurate clinical documentationSupport trauma-informed, therapeutic practice across the settingParticipate in supervision, CPD and service development initiativesRequirementsQualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPCExperience working with children and young people with complex SEND and neurodevelopmental needsStrong understanding of sensory integration and functional skill developmentAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamConfident delivering training and modelling best practice to staff teamsHighly organised, proactive and committed to achieving the best outcomes for young peopleWhy Join Service Care Solutions?250 Welcome Bonus We are offering a Welcome Bonus of 250, paid after completion of 150 hours (or equivalent) in your new placement.Refer a Friend (Earn up to 750 per Referral) Simply refer your friend.
