Resident Liaison Officer

We are proud to be partnering with a multi-disciplinary construction company, who are looking to appoint a Resident Liaison Officer on a 5-week contract.This position is based in Crawley, with an hourly rate of £17-22 via an Umbrella Company (depending on experience).The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within social housing 'specifically kitchen and bathroom projects. Duties will include (but are not limited to):Liaising with residents on site to ensure works can be carried outMaking appointments with tenants and acting as the main point of contact for tenantsAnswering any tenant concerns and questions about the works that are to be performedSorting access issues for the works to be carried out, letter drops and keeping on top of works to make sure projects progress smoothlyExperience required:Experience required in Social HousingExperience working on kitchen & bathroom projectsSkills, knowledge and expertise required:Strong communication and relationship-building skillsGood problem solving skillsThe ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyRewards and Benefits:Potential for contract extensionWorking hours:8am - 5pmMonday – FridayPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
