Job Title: Service Manager – Specialist Neurorehabilitation ServiceSalary: Up to £49,440 per annumHours: 35 hours per week | Monday – FridayLocation: CrawleyCompass Associates are proud to be partnering with a specialist provider of neurorehabilitation services in their search for an experienced Service Manager to lead one of their well-established residential services for adults with acquired brain injuries.This service provides tailored neurorehabilitation in a supportive residential environment, delivered by a passionate and highly skilled multidisciplinary team including rehabilitation support workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and speech and language therapists.The aim is to empower residents to regain independence and reach their individual rehabilitation goals, with a strong emphasis on community integration and person-centred care.The OpportunityAs the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational and clinical aspects of the service to ensure high standards of care and compliance are maintained. This role offers a chance to drive quality improvement, lead a dedicated team, and support the delivery of evidence-based neurorehabilitation.You will also play a key role in future-proofing the service, managing change, and building positive relationships with external stakeholders such as commissioners and referrers.Candidate RequirementsWe’re looking to speak with professionals who have:A NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management Health and Social Care (or equivalent)Experience managing residential care services – ideally within neuro, complex needs, or specialist rehabA proven ability to lead, develop, and performance manage a multidisciplinary teamStrong financial acumen and experience managing service budgetsA commitment to delivering person-centred, independence-focused careWhat’s On Offer:Salary up to £49,440 per annum38 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)Option to buy or sell up to 5 days leave annuallyHealth Cash Plan and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)Group life assurance and pension schemeOngoing training and CPD opportunitiesThe organisation places a strong focus on staff wellbeing, career development, and inclusivity.
