We offer a variety of sales and services to client airlines, as well as managing a fleet of freighter aircraft on a network of scheduled routes and charters throughout the world.The RoleThe Operations Officers make up the core of flight operations team and are essential to the smooth and efficient running of the operations department. From providing excellent customer service through to booking in and planning flights, the operations team are required to be flexible and dynamic and must portray a helpful and can-do attitude to our clients, suppliers and internal departments.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding 24/7 cover for all operational directions and queriesFully understanding mission requirements and setting up flights as requiredImplementing recovery plans in the event of delays, AOG’s etcAccurately complete company flight logs and post flight dataEffectively contributing to procedures and other documentsWorking collaboratively with colleagues in Commercial and Customer Service teams to solve complex flight problems and find solutionsOther reasonable work-related requests as directed by the Line Manager.Your ProfileStrong communication and teamwork skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyFlexible and resilient in a dynamic environmentMust be legally eligible to live and have unrestricted right to work in the United KingdomMust live locally or be able to commute as the role is office basedAvailable for shift work (12 hour day and night shifts)If the above position appeals to you please send your CV/resume with a cover letter to: Verity-Ann Harper / HR Administrator / E-mail: careers@
