Sales Executive

Job DescriptionBirchwood Group is a forward-looking company with retail stores, workshops and facilities based across the south coast of Sussex and Hampshire.Reporting to the Sales manager, we are looking for an experienced highly motivated individual, ready to hit the ground running, with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, to join our busy sales department at our Kia dealership in Chichester.This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will support and guide customers every step of the way throughout the purchase of their new vehicle.Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:Identify and encourage potential customersProvide great customer serviceBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsMeet customer needs/expectationsProduce suitable options to the customer and adapt to their buying strategyNegotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targetsLiaise with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless serviceOther duties as requiredKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required:Solid and extensive sales experience is essential (preferably within the automotive industry)ApproachableStrong communication skillsNegotiation skillsPassion for carsFlexible with a positive outlook and a team playerPackage:Salary: 16,000 + Bonus (OTE 45,000.00)Hours: 42.5hrs per week - Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 18:00, Saturday 08.30 to 17.00Car: Company vehicle providedHoliday: 22 days per year + bank holidaysBenefits: Health cash plan and perks, Employee Assistance Programme, company pension, subsidised vehicle purchase and aftersales scheme (upon completion of probation)We are an Equal Opportunities EmployerDue to the high volume of applications we receive, unfortunately, we are unable to contact each applicant individually regarding the status of their application.
