The Role Leading the delivery of a portfolio of highways maintenance services projects as part of a Term Maintenance Contract for a Local County Council. This is a high-volume, low-value framework with projects including resurfacing, potholing, white lining, and footway / carriageway repairs. All projects are delivered under NEC3 Contracts, focusing on Options A & E. As such it is expected that you have experience of managing projects under these contracts and options. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement with subcontractors across framework projects. Draft and award NEC3 contracts to subcontractors. Manage subcontractors across hundreds of lives jobs. Manage compensation events and change across NEC3 contracts. Complete CVRs for the framework. Measure and price a wide variety of jobs, visiting sites when required. Manage payments, creating payment application. What We're Looking For Our client is looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors looking for a career move. They are also keen to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression. You will have a minimum of 5 years commercial experience across any infrastructure sector for a consultancy, client organisation, main contractor, or subcontractor. Any highways experience is desirable, however not essential. Must have experience of delivering NEC contracts, including the delivery of change management activities such as early warning notices and compensation events.
