About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate junior Family Law Solicitor to join a dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of family law matters, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients during emotionally challenging times. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, financial settlements, child arrangements, domestic abuse, and prenuptial agreements. Manage a varied caseload independently, ensuring high standards of client care and legal service with appropriate supervision Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise with barristers and other professionals. Draft legal documents including applications, witness statements, and consent orders. Conduct negotiations and mediation where appropriate. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and comply with regulatory and firm standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development. Requirements Experience Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1-2 PQE in family law. Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage sensitive and complex cases with empathy and professionalism. Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
