They pride themselves on providing a structured and supportive environment for their employees. Job Description Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system. Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain accuracy. Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts. Support the finance team with VAT returns and other compliance tasks. Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders professionally. Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable effectively. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department. Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Assistant should have: A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in a similar role within the property industry is advantageous.
