The Role you will be doing; Generate and Manage Leads: Identify new prospective customers and manage a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach (calls, emails, networking). Product Expertise & Presentation: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and exceptional service. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to successfully close deals and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas. Market Analysis & Strategy: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies. CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including social media, marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer journey and alignment of strategies. About You; Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a product sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Must come from a Manufacturing/Engineering background to be considered for the role. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite. Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Desirable Experience in preparing tenders for purchasing and procurement organisations Creativity that drives product innovation. TPBN1_UKTJ
