Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Experienced People Manager Type of Role:6-month FTCLocation:Street, Somerset, BA16 0EQ, UKPurpose:Responsible for the trading of multiple Marketplace stores to deliver commercial growth within the eCommerce channels of Clarks UK, ROI & EU.Dimensions:Financial: Supporting the delivery of forecasted revenue targets.People:Reporting to the Ecommerce Trading Manager. Acts as a direct point of contact for multiple teams across the business.Impact on the Business:This role is essential to Clarks' Marketplace strategy, with a significant impact on achieving commercial targets.Accountabilities:Manage and deliver the trading plan for UK, ROI & EU Marketplaces, aligning with the wider ecommerce and global brand teams.Optimize all ecommerce Marketplace activities, including regular housekeeping, storefront optimization, and revenue opportunities.Provide performance reports and insights, and implement updates based on plans and collaboration with developers.Ensure promotional and marketing plans are aligned with Clarks' owned websites and update followers through newsletters.Collaborate with Product Data and Visual Merchandising teams to maintain optimal product listings.Support onboarding of new Marketplace opportunities in collaboration with the Digital Operations team.Key Performance Indicators:Gross Order Value, Net Turnover & ConversionKnowledge and Experience:Proven experience as an Marketplace trading manager or similar, with strong analytical skills and knowledge of ecommerce best practices.
