Profile Burner

Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in profile burning / flame cutting / CNC plate cutting. Ability to read and work from engineering drawings. Strong understanding of tolerances and plate materials (mild steel, stainless, etc.). Experience with thick plate cutting (10100mm+). Overhead crane and hot works experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: Operate profile cutting machinery (oxy-fuel and/or plasma) to produce components to specification. Read and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality. Select and set cutting parameters, adjust torch settings, and monitor cutting operations. Handle and position steel plates using overhead cranes and other lifting equipment. Carry out routine equipment checks, maintenance, and nozzle changes. Perform quality inspections on completed parts to meet tolerance requirements. Work in line with all Health & Safety procedures for hot works and heavy material handling. Day and night shift available. Weekly pay TPBN1_UKTJ
