Fabricator

We are currently recruiting for Fabricators for our client based in Birtley The role is starting as temporary with a view to transfer permanent after twelve weeks for successful candidates. Day shift - Monday to Thursday 0730-1630 and Friday 0700-1200 Weekly pay 14.64ph Duties Cutting and prepping steel work using oxy-fuel gas cutting equipment Fabricating components Operating MIG welding equipment Apply heat to metal surfaces to induce thermal expansion and contraction for straightening All candidates must be competent operating the following Be proficient in joint preparation techniques: Oxy fuel cutting, grinding and burner Operating sheet metal equipment such as press tools/guillotine Experience using measuring and inspection tools Ability to read technical drawings Get in touch immediate roles available JDR are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
