Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead a small team of electrical and electronic design engineers, overseeing project delivery, process compliance, and seamless collaboration across departments.This role combines hands-on technical design work with leadership responsibilities, guiding the development of bespoke electronic systems from concept to manufacture.
