Youll partner with managers across the business, offering pragmatic advice, ensuring fair process, and helping to create a positive and compliant working environment. As a ER Lead you will be:Managing a small team of employee relations advisors and coaching on best practice Providing expert ER advice and coaching to managers on performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence, probation and capability matters, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomesManaging end-to-end casework, supporting investigations, hearings and appeals while upskilling managers to build confidence and capabilityMonitoring and analysing ER trends and data, identifying themes and making practical recommendations to improve processes and reduce riskSupporting organisational change initiatives such as TUPE transfers and ensuring best practice is followedMaintaining and reviewing People policies and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement and keeping up to date with employment legislationBuilding strong working relationships across the business, collaborating with the wider People team to drive consistency, professionalism and high standards in all communicationThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in managing a wide range and high-volume of employee relations casesCIPD Level 5 (or willing to work towards this)Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.Experience within healthcare, education, NHS or similar regulated industriesIf you tick the above boxes or would like further information on the role - please apply now.
