About You We want someone who: Has the vision and values to help shape a new service from scratch Knows childrens residential care regulations and best practices inside and out Has experience in a senior role (Responsible Individual or similar) Is confident and comfortable working with Ofsted and other external stakeholders Brings not just expertise, but also a genuine, approachable personality Why This Role?
